Nominations for Officers for Churches Together were needed by 28th September ready for the AGM on 7th October.

A “Christians in Science” group is forming in Suffolk, based near Ipswich.
Attached are details of two talks on Science and Religion to be held at All Saints church in Kesgrave on November 15th and 22nd 2010.

It’s great news ………………… 31st October is actually a “day that the Lord has made”, so “Let us rejoice and be glad in it”.

Food Safety In Catering Course
Eden’s has some FREE places available on a Level 2 Food Safety In Catering Course. This is a full day of training which finishes with a multiple choice test. If you pass you will receive a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. It will take place at Eden’s project on Saturday 23rd October at 9:30am until 4:30pm. You will need to bring a packed lunch.

Causeway Prospects Makaton Training Day:
November 27th at All Saints Church Hall from 10am to 3pm. Drinks will be available throughout the day. Bring your own lunch.
Makaton is a simple form of sign language and is of benefit to anyone who may have contact with people who are deaf.
