We are looking for someone who would love to share the good news of Jesus with children.
The role entails leading volunteer teams taking ‘Open the Book’ Bible stories into our local Primary Schools on a regular basis. Props and equipment provided.
We are based in Sudbury and have been working in 12 schools.
This is a paid role determined by the hours available for work.

Gryphon First Aid will be running a first aid course which will cover both paediatric and adult aspects of first aid. It will be run at St John’s Methodist Church, York Road, as two sessions on Saturday afternoons 3.00 – 6.00 pm on January 13th and January 20th 2024. Those participating will be issued with a certificate. The cost will be £60 per person. The maximum number of people who can take part is 12.

It is that time of year when we think about the Trust left by Thomas Carter and bring to mind anyone who might benefit from a small sum to support them in a time of financial hardship.
In 1706 Thomas Carter established a charity to provide on St. Thomas’ Day (21st December) charitable relief to poor citizens of Sudbury.
