Ruth Ridge has set up an email prayer network to circulate requests, resources, and good news stories that are sent to her.

Zoom Prayer Meetings have now resumed, 9 to 10am.

The sessions usually consist of news from various churches and individuals, followed by a period of prayer where spoken contributions are optional.

New members are very much welcomed!

We are back!  We start this Thursday (16th September) in our new venue at Suffolk Road Church.  Please do drop in and see us.  We will be serving the same delicious food and providing the same friendly welcome as always, 9.45am-1.45pm at Suffolk Road Church, next to Aldi.

Whilst renovations are taking place in St Peter’s, Kettle and Fish will be in Suffolk Road Church on:

We are all aware of the tragic events in Afghanistan these last few weeks. There is a huge humanitarian crisis. 

Last Sunday morning (12 September) on BBC Radio Suffolk there was an interview with Jim Gourlay about what we could do to help.

Jim is SE England Regional Manager for the mission charity AsiaLink (www.asialink.org) .

Sunday, 19 September 2021 at 3.00 pm.  With guest speaker Professor James Pearce-Higgins, Director of Science, British Trust for Ornithology.

We look forward to welcoming people from lots of different churches (or none) without the need to book a place.  Do come and enjoy worshipping together in the beautiful setting of the reserve.

For comfort, bring a chair or rug.

Feel free to enjoy the reserve afterwards.

The Revd Tom Mumford’s last Sunday in Sudbury was Sunday, September 12th, before he moves to Ipswich to take up his new role.

Saturday 18 September, 10am to 4pm

Exhibition and videos of the restoration

Tours at 11am, 1pm & 3pm.

As part of a National Lottery Heritage Fund project, All Saints’ Church underwent a series of restoration works. During this time, several discoveries were made, from Anglo-Dutch War graffiti to etchings of names within the stained-glass window quarries. Whilst renovations are taking place in St Peter’s, Kettle and Fish will continue at the usual times, 10am to 2pm, in Suffolk Road Church (next to Aldi) from 16th September. Our dates will be:

16, 23, 30 September, 14, 21, 28 October,  11, 18,  25 November, 9, 16 December.
