We invite you to our ‘Open Church’ for a time of quiet, personal reflection and prayer. Browse the prayer stations and contemplate the events of Holy Week (with the option of exploring  the Easter story using the QR codes on your phone).

Monday 30th March – Saturday 4th April, 9 am to 12 noon

(Good Friday service 11am – 1pm)

The walk will begin at All Saints’ Church, Sudbury at 1pm, and end at St Gregory’s Church.

It is preceded by a time of readings, reflection, and prayer at All Saints from 11am to 1pm.

At 2pm there is a Good Friday service at St Gregory’s.

OXFAM are working with partners to campaign for the ceasefire in Gaza to become effective. They are asking for people to wear something red and take photographs at a local monument. They will weave the photos into a video on their social media and hand the video in to the Government.

At 4.15 on Bank Holiday Monday (6th April) some of us plan to meet at the Gainsborough statue on Market Hill to get a group photograph. Please do come along and ..read more

Thursday 2nd April – no public donations Drop off session.

Friday 3rd April – Bank Holiday – No food bank session

Monday 6th April – Bank Holiday

Normal service returns Tuesday 7th April. Closure due to allow our volunteers to enjoy an extended bank holiday weekend.

The new round of token appeals at Waitrose begins on April 1st. Number 72 has been selected as one of the three charities to take part. Please do support the work of Number 72 when shopping. The section with the most tokens at the end of three months is awarded £1,500.

This Saturday, 28 March, we are at Lavenham Village Hall, hosted by the church of St Peter & St Paul., from 8 to 9.30am for a light breakfast, a time of fellowship and a time for prayer.

Parking in the Village Hall car park is free, but if anyone needs to park in the main car park they can have free parking, for the duration of the breakfast, by booking in with car registration at the VH.
