Kettle & Fish is a Christian Community Cafe. Volunteer helpers come from various local churches. It is normally open on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.
Kettle & Fish is not open this Thursday, 2 July. It is next open on 9 July. Please do drop in and see us then. We will be serving the same delicious food and providing the same friendly welcome as always, 9.45am to 1.15pm at Suffolk Road Church, next to Aldi.

Our next Open Forum will be held on Tuesday 14 July at 7.30pm, with refreshments from 7pm. It will be at St John’s Methodist Church, Sudbury (NOT at Lavenham – please note the change).
The meeting will include a talk by Louise Bunton, from Home for Good Suffolk. Louise is Co-ordinator for Supporting Families. Home for Good: Suffolk connects families in the community who foster or adopt through peer groups that meet regularly and other events across the county.

Yesterday, Monday 29 June, was St Peter’s Day. About 90 people from many local churches gathered at St Peter’s Church on Market Hill in Sudbury, for a service of celebration. It was conducted by several Sudbury church leaders.

Monday 29 June 2026 at 6.30pm, In Sudbury Arts Centre at St Peter’s, Market Hill, Sudbury.
A time of worship, coming together as people from all denominations.
Open to people of all faiths and none.
If you are planning to attend the service, please bring your own water bottle for hydration (especially if this warm weather is still with us), as we do not have use of the kitchen facilities in the arts centre.
