Louise will be speaking about Home for Good at the next Forum, Tuesday 14 July, at Lavenham Church.

Here at Home for Good Suffolk we are well into our Summer term of activities and groups for the families we support and we continue to see our community building and great connections being made.

This Saturday, 9 May, we are at Great Waldingfield Church, from 8 to 9.30am for a light breakfast, a time of fellowship and a time for prayer.

Do join us if you can. You will be most welcome, whether you have never been before, or have not been for a couple of years, or are a regular!

On 16 May we are at St Gregory’s Church, Sudbury.

Kettle & Fish is a Christian Community Cafe. Volunteer helpers come from various local churches. It is normally open on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.

Kettle & Fish is not open this Thursday. It is next open on 14 May. Please do drop in and see us then. We will be serving the same delicious food and providing the same friendly welcome as always, 9.45am to 1.15pm at Suffolk Road Church, next to Aldi.

A Prayer Walk for Ascension Day at Foxearth Meadows nature reserve led by the Rev. Ruth Ridge

Thursday 14 May at 7.30 pm (From 6.30 pm: Come and relax with your own picnic).

All welcome.

Walk and pray together as the sun sets.  A reflective evening in a beautiful setting.

Eden’s is in the next round of blue token voting at the Sudbury Tesco store which starts on Tuesday 28th April and will run until the end of July 2026.  So if you are shopping there we would really appreciate it if you could get a token and vote for us please. Thank you so much!!

Once again Stour Valley Vineyard will be facilitating BOW DOWN on the Market Hill on Pentecost Sunday evening.

This will be at 9pm for 15 minutes of prayer and reflection in the centre of Sudbury in front of St. Peter’s church.

Pentecost Sunday this year falls on the 24th May 2026 and all are welcome to join in this national initiative to bow down and worship God.

Saturday 16th May 2026, 10.00am – 4.00pm.

In the setting of one of the finest and largest parish churches in England, with layouts of all kinds, in a range of scales, regions and countries (with special focus on East Anglia), together with trade stalls.

Refreshments available.

Adult admission £7.00, family tickets £12.00 (purchased in advance to guarantee entry).

10% of any profit will go to Christian Aid, as the event falls in Christian Aid week.
