A “Christians in Science” group is forming in Suffolk, based near Ipswich.

Attached are details of two talks on Science and Religion to be held at All Saints church in Kesgrave on November 15th and 22nd 2010.

On November 15th, Dr Rodney Holder will respond to some of the ideas presented in “The Grand Design” by Stephen Hawking – Rodney recently was interviewed on the “PM programme” about this. On November 22nd, Dr Denis Alexander will speak on the subject of genetics.  Both Denis and Rodney are based at the Faraday Institute at Cambridge University and are members of Christians in Science.

Our aim is to bring people interested in discussing Science and Religion together so that Christians in Science might be able offer future support for discussions and dialogue. More details about Christians in Science may be found at: www.cis.org.uk .
