Marion Blower appeal

Boxford Church is holding  a fundraising coffee morning and cake stall for the Marion Blower appeal on Saturday March 15th at “Mary’s House”, Swan Street, Boxford, from 9.30am – 12 noon.

(Mary’s House is the benefice cottage, a few doors beyond the post office, on the same side of Swan Street.)

For those of you who are unable to complete the full circle of The Mission Prayer-Walk on Saturday 1st March, I give estimated times of arrival and departure at the different churches.

Starting in All Saints Church at 3:00pm, with introductions, modus-operandi and prayer. Leaving All Saints, say 3:40, we then walk to St. Peter’s for 3:50 to 4:10. Following prayer, we move on to St. Gregory’s for 4:20 to 4:40. After our prayer gathering in St. Gregory’s ..read more

Simon Snell, Regional Coordinator for Suffolk, will be the speaker at the next CTiS&D Open Forum on Thursday 13th March, 7 for 7.30pm at the Friends Meeting House (Quakers), 22a Friars Street, Sudbury, CO10 2AA.

Whether or not you are already a supporter, this is an ideal opportunity to learn more about the work of Christian Aid and to bring along others.
