Two Rivers Mission

Church-Crawl

For those of you who are unable to complete the full circle of The Mission Prayer-Walk on Saturday 1st March, I give estimated times of arrival and departure at the different churches.

Starting in All Saints Church at 3:00pm, with introductions, modus-operandi and prayer. Leaving All Saints, say 3:40, we then walk to St. Peter’s for 3:50 to 4:10. Following prayer, we move on to St. Gregory’s for 4:20 to 4:40. After our prayer gathering in St. Gregory’s we complete our church-crawl by walking to Sudbury Baptist Church, arriving around 4:50. It is here where we will be including a short time of worship with our prayers, followed by tea and bics. We aim to be able to go home by 5:30!

Parking will be available in All Saints Church Yard and St. Gregory’s Primary School car-park.

Preparation for Mission

There will be three evenings of interactive Mission training, led by Through Faith Missions.  Through Faith Missions  All three will be in the All Saints Church Hall, and all three will be commencing at 8:00pm, and look to finish around 9:30. Light refreshments will be served from 7:45.

The first of these sessions will be on Monday 3rd March, and will cover:

            Introduction to Mission teams

            Mission spirituality

The second is on Monday 10th March, and is concentrating on:

            Listening to others

            Joining activities of others

The third session, on Monday 17th March, will help us in:

            Visiting where others live

            Mission practicalities

Limited parking will be available in All Saints Church Yard. There is, sometimes, on-road parking in the vicinity and in Blackfriars.

Many thanks for your help and co-operation.

Love, Sweetness and Light.
