Understanding Islam – a visit to Muslim Friday prayers.

On 22nd May 10 of us from local churches, including 2 retired ministers and 2 women, were invited to observe local Muslims at worship. It was a very moving experience – see our responses . See also the Muslim Council of Britain statement on ISIS, which is fully supported by Imam Bashir.

I welcome questions or comments. Just phone or email.

Harvest time is upon us again.  Last year many churches and schools donated their harvest food to Storehouse which really helped us to provide food throughout the winter months to those in need in our community.  If you are thinking of donating again this year, you can find some useful resources and information at http://www.stourvalleyvineyard.org/harvest-2014

Thank you. Beryl Worvell, Storehouse Team Leader.

Sudbury Health Centre
