Kettle & Fish – currently suspended

Kettle & Fish is open in St Peter’s, Market Hill, Sudbury most Thursdays between 9.45am and 2pm.

All ages from 0 to 100+ are welcome. Here you will find spiritual and physical refreshment.

AGM and Open Forum 2019

The AGM and Open Forum of Churches Together in Sudbury and District will be held on Monday 7th October at 7 for 7.30pm at St Catherine’s, 7 St Catherine’s Rd, Long Melford, Sudbury CO10 9JU. (Please note the venue, as some people have been mistakenly told differently.) Parking in the main street might be best.

The meeting will include updates from Future Vision, Abi’s Footprints and Number 72.

Bishop Mike and Imam Ajmal answering questions in Sudbury Market: Report & feedback.

Christians and Muslims have been meeting for joint meals and discussions in Sudbury and Long Melford for seven years, usually a couple of times a year for Muslim/Christian Dialogue. 

The event in the market on 3rd August was another step in our co operation.

The Bishop of Dunwich, Mike Harrison and Imam Ajmal who leads Friday Prayers in Sudbury were there to answer questions about their respective faiths. We were allotted adjoining places in the market. Each had ..read more

Each Saturday a different church hosts a prayer breakfast from 8.00–9.30am – a light breakfast followed by a time of prayer. All are welcome.

Agape Cafe

Agape Café (which is a joint venture between the churches in Great Cornard) is open every Wednesday from 10.00 until about 13.30. In addition to hot and cold drinks and cakes we also offer light lunches – all at a very good price. You can find us in the Terrapin Building at Wells Hall Old School, Wells Hall Road, Great Cornard, Sudbury, CO10 0NH (Corner of Wells Hall Road and Head Lane).

On July 15th Rev John Boardman will be doing his final paddle supporting Christian Aid’s work with orphans in Kenya. If anyone would like to support this project their gift will be multiplied by 20 by USAID!!!
