The Prayer Breakfast this Saturday, 29 June, is at Sudbury Baptist Church.
We meet on Saturdays from 8 to 9.30am for a light breakfast, a time of fellowship and a time for prayer.
Do join us if you can. You will be most welcome, whether you have never been before, or have not been for a couple of years, or are a regular!
On 6 July, we are at St Catherine’s, Long Melford.

Kettle & Fish is open this Thursday, 27 June. Please do drop in and see us then. We will be serving the same delicious food and providing the same friendly welcome as always, 10am to 1.30pm at Suffolk Road Church, next to Aldi.

A time of worship, coming together as people from all denominations.
Open to people of all faiths and none.

St. Peter’s (SAC) Service on Sunday 30th June at 6.00 pm requires a team of folk who will be willing to assist welcome (with a lead welcomer) and assist moving chairs around from 4.00 pm (with a lead chair-mover!).

The next Churches Together Open Forum will be held at Great Waldingfield Church on Wednesday July 10th at 7.30pm. Revd Chris Ramsey will give an update on the Stour Valley Men’s Shed and will talk about “Still Good to Eat”. Revd Faith Marsden will talk about Community Pantry, which operates from Great Waldingfield. Refreshments will be available from 7.00 pm.
As always, the Forum is open to all local churchgoers. Please come along, and encourage others to come too.

Earlier this year, for Sudbury on Show, Ruth produced a leaflet detailing regular activities run by local churches, such as toddler and baby groups, cafes and coffee mornings, community pantries, charity shops, craft, interest and youth groups.
As the details are likely to change from time to time, we are asking individual churches and organisations to print copies as needed, rather than CTiS&D having a large number printed.

This Sunday afternoon, please come to the Cricket match, Shimpling Village v Chadacre from 12:30 onwards in the Chadacre grounds, IP29 4JD. I am writing from Bury South community mental health team, we have a female on our caseload who has a number of flat pack furniture items that need to be put together, this individual has recently moved to the Sudbury area. Due to family difficulties, inability to do this themselves, they have limited social support systems due to personal circumstances, and it would help this young family if the flat pack furniture all boxed could be put together.
