Ruth Ridge has set up an email prayer network to circulate requests, resources, and good news stories that are sent to her. In addition, Zoom Prayer Meetings are now happening on Saturday mornings, 9 to 10am. If you would like to be part of this group, please email Ruth on: ruthkridge@gmail.com . This ran from Monday 18 to Monday 25 January. During the eight days we usually have a United Service, a Forum, midday services followed by a soup lunch, and Prayer Breakfasts. None of these were possible this year.
We hope individuals, and individual churches, marked the week using resources downloaded from the Churches Together in Britain & Ireland website, https://ctbi.org.uk/ . Materials have been prepared by the Monastic Community of Grandchamp in Switzerland. Printed versions are not available this year.

I have been given approx. 10? blankets in good condition and asked to give them to the homeless. Unfortunately night shelters are closed at present and the Salvation Army do not take blankets. I can pass them to an animal charity, but they seem too good for animals! Do you know where I might find a good home for them? I live in Bures and go to St. Mary’s church. Thank you.
