Tree of Memories

The new “Tree of Memories”, which provides an opportunity to remember and make a dedication in memory of a loved one at Christmas, proved to be a welcome addition to the annual Sudbury Rotary Christmas Tree Festival.

Dedications have been hung on the large Christmas Tree in the Chancel of St. Peter’s, Market Hill, Sudbury, and will remain there over the Christmas period and into the New Year, when there will be an opportunity to attend a closing nondenominational service in St. Peter’s Church at 3.00pm on Sunday 5th January, 2014.

It is not too late to make dedications – an application leaflet can still be obtained from the Tourist Information Desk in Sudbury Library and completed dedications can be left there for hanging on the tree before 22nd December.

If you wish, there is an opportunity to make a voluntary charity donation with your dedication. All of your donation will be used by The Rotary Club of Sudbury in support of various local charities and other worthy causes.
