Storehouse continues to be very busy serving the needs of our community. Reviewing our activity for the first quarter of this year compared to 2018, the good news is that we have received 33% more food. However, the challenge is that we have fed 113% more people. Therefore even with all the great donations we are getting our shelves are empty.  We give 15 items of food per person so if you are able to help in anyway it would be really appreciated.

Sadly this is a national picture of increased poverty, especially amongst families. The living wage is being out stripped by the cost of living.

Due to staffing changes at the Vineyard Centre we are needing to change the times the centre is open for food deliveries, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our new opening times from Mon 6th May: Monday’s 3pm-5pm, Friday’s 11am – 1pm. Please share this with anyone who delivers to us.

Urgent food items needed:

Biscuits, tinned veg: peas, carrots, sweetcorn, potatoes, UHT milk, shampoo & shower gel.

Thank you for all your support and prayers.
