St Gregory’s Fellowship
Our first meeting of the Autumn season is Thursday 21st September 2017. Please note this is an afternoon meeting.
Our speaker will be John Miners, who will talk to us about Textiles in East Anglia. John is a Textile Consultant with extensive knowledge of the history of the wool trade, silk weaving and the work of Samuel Courtauld & Co. He has expertise in historic techniques of fabric production and has been involved in sourcing and supply of such fabrics for restoration projects.
We will meet in Church at 2.30pm. Subscription £2.50, which includes Refreshments. All welcome.
