Subject: Operation Christmas child

Hello Everyone,

It’s that time of year again and I know that most of you are looking to plan you time in coming to volunteer with me. ?

We will be opening on Monday 18th November and will run every day 09:00 until 21:00 (or later, basically until last person goes home!) until Friday 29th November. I will review Sunday openings closer to the campaign.

Yes, this is a week shorter than past campaigns, but we are supporting the Ipswich warehouse and the need to finish by then. So, any time that you can give would be gratefully received.

Set up days are Thursday 14th and Friday 15th 13:00 – 16:00 if any of you are free or need to drop anything off.

Mum is also hosting a packing party on the 26th October at Hedingham Road Baptist Church, Halstead, if any of you are free to give her a hand. Please let people know if they fancy coming over to create a shoebox!
