On day 5 of the Holiday Club which is being run by members of several churches the theme will be “The possibility of robots”.  We are hoping that the children will make robots and are appealing for cardboard boxes [all sizes], cardboard tubes and anything else that can be made into robots.  If you could help with this, we would be grateful if you can bring material to St John’s Methodist Church, York Road either during the afternoon of Friday August 19th between 2.00 and 5.00 pm, or during the mornings of the following week.

On the same theme, does anyone have a robotic carpet cleaner they would be prepared to lend us for Friday August 26th?
