Every Thursday evening between 6 pm and 7 pm at St Gregory’s Church a small group gather together to pray.  The main part of this time (25 minutes) is spent in ecumenical Christian meditation following the teaching of John Main. We would love more people to join us.

These sessions have now resumed for 2026 after our winter break and we’d love to see more new faces at St Gregory’s, 6pm every Thursday evening (rugs provided – sitting still can be chilly!)
