Number 72 – Centre Manager required

A Centre Manager is required by a small but busy Christian charity on a part-time one year (renewable) contract, starting on 9th September 2019.

The Charity provides a number of community based services, including bereavement support for adults and children together with ministering to families and others facing a range of difficult situations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in serving the community in a similar organisation and ministering to a range of clients, including the delivery of a range of needs-based projects.

Responsible for a building and a small team of staff and volunteers, the successful candidate will need a flexible and mature approach to problem solving, an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and support staff, volunteers and clients.

Interviews will be held in Sudbury at the end of July.

There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the Centre Manager to be a Christian with a deep Christian belief in order to represent Jesus Christ in the community.

Summary:
Salary: £6,688 per year
Additional salary information: 16 hours a week, 38 weeks a year, annualised at £557.33 per month
Hours: Part time
