News from Andrew & Emma Stewart-Darling

25 August 2021 No Comment

It is with a high degree of sadness we have announced to our church that we are moving on from leading Stour Valley Vineyard Church come the Autumn. The good news is that we have appointed wonderful successors, Joel and Kady Taylor. They come with their young family all the way from sunny (and hot) Northern California.

It has been the greatest privilege to plant and lead the church over the last 14 years. Over this time, we have made so many friends among local leaders as well as in local churches. It makes Sudbury a special place for sure. The strength of the church relationships is something that will always stand out for us. Thank you also for you unstinting support of local families in crisis through Storehouse Foodbank, which was started at the same time as the church back in 2007. Because of you, this continues to go from strength to strength. No small thing. Thank you.

For those interested, there is a commissioning service for Joel and Kady on Sunday 26th September at 3pm in the Vineyard Centre. This will also be our last Sunday. If you would like to join us, you would be most welcome. Because of high numbers expected and having limited capacity, there will be a booking system at: stourvalleyvineyard.org. This will be up in the next week. We will send around a link shortly.

Much love from us both,

Pastors Andrew and Emma Stewart-Darling
