CAP Money Course – manage your money, live your life

The next CAP Money course starts Friday 21 September 1.15pm to 2.45pm at Number Seventy Two, North Street.

This is a free three-week course devised by Christians Against Poverty featuring DVD presentations, a course booklet and group discussion to teach budgeting skills with a simple, cash-based system.

After completing the course, where someone has a situation of unmanageable debt, there is an option of extra support through referral to CAP Money Plus.

Please raise awareness of CAP Money to those who might benefit from it and where possible display the poster ( including outside notice boards) and mention in newsheets.

There will be CAP Money course in the evening running at a later date tba, and Ruth would be very happy to run the course over 3 weeks within a church small group type setting if any group would be interested in doing that as part of their programme this Autumn. Also, more volunteer money coaches are sought – speak to Ruth  – the first step would be to attend a CAP Money course yourself.
