A family with a special needs child are in desperate need of a cheap IPad/Tablet. In this world filled with technology they are reliant on a basic mobile phone to complete forms to enable the family to get the correct benefits. They are in the process of applying to Family Fund but this can take up to 3 months, and they need the support now.
