Advent Course: Making Room

At St John’s Methodist Church, we often run a course in Lent but I thought it would be interesting to do one in Advent, as we prepare ourselves for Christmas.

I am running a York Course entitled “Making Room”. It will be on Wednesday mornings at 10:00am at St John’s. Dates are: Dec 2nd, Dec 9th, Dec 16th and Dec 23rd.

Everyone is welcome. It will involve informal discussion and last about 45 minutes to an hour.

The course week titles are “making room for … 1. the newcomer, 2. the stranger, 3. what really matters, 4 for God.” They are free-standing units so you can come to as many as you’re willing and able. I look forward to seeing you.
