We had hoped to be able to complete and adopt the new constitution and to appoint an appropriate number of trustees at the Forum on Thursday [January 22^nd]. However, an alternative option has presented itself which would mean that we would not have to register with the charity commission and would no longer need trustees.  This will be proposed on Thursday.

It is suggested that current officers remain in post in their current roles for the time being and that full elections be held at the forum in April to allow individuals who wish to stand as officers to complete their nominations.

However, we are still in urgent need of one or more Vice Chairs. We have received a nomination form from someone willing to stand and would hope to elect them on Thursday at the Forum. This would help CTiS&D in its endeavours to share in a developing partnership of mission and ministry in our district.
