This Saturday, 28 March, we are at Lavenham Village Hall, hosted by the church of St Peter & St Paul., from 8 to 9.30am for a light breakfast, a time of fellowship and a time for prayer.

Parking in the Village Hall car park is free, but if anyone needs to park in the main car park they can have free parking, for the duration of the breakfast, by booking in with car registration at the VH.

Kettle & Fish is a Christian Community Cafe. Volunteer helpers come from various local churches. It is normally open on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.

Kettle & Fish is open this Thursday, 26 March. Please do drop in and see us then. We will be serving the same delicious food and providing the same friendly welcome as always, 9.45am to 1.15pm at Suffolk Road Church, next to Aldi.

Future dates are: 9th and 23rd April.

As always, dates may occasionally change at short notice.

Sudbury on Show is a wonderful opportunity for local groups to get together and network and to show the local community what they do.  It will run this year 10am-3pm on Saturday 28th March in Sudbury Arts Centre at St Peter’s and in the Town Hall. Churches Together in Sudbury and District have a table.

With grateful thanks to those who have already volunteered to help out on the Churches Together stall.

We have at least 1 person available 11am until close, but currently there is no one to cover the stall from 9.30am -11am and if more can volunteer it would be greatly appreciated. From1.30pm we have two volunteers which is ideal,  but before that extra help is welcomed.

The next Churches Together Forum is on Tuesday April 15th at St Mary’s Church, Bures, at 7.30pm, with refreshments from 7pm.

The speaker is the Rev James Ridge, Chaplain-General of Prisons and Archdeacon of Prisons.

Our forums are open to all, and everyone is encouraged to come along and learn about the work of the host church and of Churches Together, and to hear about a topic of interest.

Thursday 2nd April – no public donations Drop off session.

Friday 3rd April – Bank Holiday – No food bank session

Monday 6th April – Bank Holiday

Normal service returns Tuesday 7th April. Closure due to allow our volunteers to enjoy an extended bank holiday weekend.
