The Bishop of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich is pleased to announce the appointment of The Reverend Stephen Raymond Morley (in addition to his current role: Vicar, Bures with Assington and Little Cornard Benefice) as Acting Rural Dean of Sudbury Deanery from 13 February 2019. The Archdeacon of Sudbury, The Ven Dr David Jenkins, licenced him on Thursday 4 April 2019, 7.30pm at St Marys, Bures.

The Revd Dr Simon David Gill, Priest in Charge of Sudbury All Saints with Ballingdon & Brundon relinquished his role as Rural Dean of Sudbury on 12 February 2019. He will be moving to a new post in Cambridgeshire in May.
