Thank you all so much for your fantastic response to our recent urgent appeal for food. We received an extra 1,500 items in May compared to April which has just about kept up with demand. Please keep donating what you can as the demand remains high (see poster for this month’s figures).

We have now opened a new Donation Station at Sainsbury’s Sudbury, so we are hoping to receive additional items regularly from there.

With the school summer holidays approaching fast we know we will have more children to feed in the coming two months due to a lack of free school meals. We are engaging with local junior schools to ensure that no child goes hungry this summer. Please pray for this initiative.

Please consider us if you aware of any local grants or if you are considering a fundraising event this summer, it costs £16,500 a year to keep our doors open and to continue to serve those most in need in our community.
