10 July 2024 No Comment

As we head towards our Summer holiday closure, July has already proved to be a busy month for us here at Number72, not least with the retirement celebrations for Tim and Joy Ayrton, the charity’s founders.  These were enjoyed by all, and it was so lovely to see many faces, old and new, pop by to wish them well. Thank you to everyone who attended and for the very kind donations that were made towards the charity’s sustained growth.

We have continued to help clients within the community, assisting them with the various challenges of modern-day life within an everchanging world.

We have a wonderful team with us here at Number 72.  The Charity’s Trustees provide us with invaluable support, wisdom, experience and insight and are a constant source of encouragement to us.  Additionally, we could not function without our team and our wonderful volunteers, who generously give of their time in so many different ways.  The positive impact they all make within the drop-in is immeasurable.  Thank you Team72!

The Summer break will enable us all to work towards moving forwards at Number 72 and come 3rd September our staff and volunteers will be ready and waiting to welcome you.

You can also come and meet us at the Ballingdon Fete on Sunday 8th September where we will have a Number 72 information stand.

Have a relaxing, safe, sunny … and hopefully dry …. Summer!

Lesley & Claire
