Hardwicke House Group Practice Patient Partnership Group

The Hardwicke House Patient Partnership Group is a group of patients who meet with Hardwicke House Staff bi-monthly to ensure the patient’s voice is heard.

The group’s aims include;

*   Providing a link between the Practice staff and patients.

*   Enabling patients, where appropriate, to influence local health care services.

*   Raising patient’s awareness of the services the practice provides.

*   Raising patient’s awareness of local and national support groups.

*   Assisting the practice organise patient information events, these will include;

Support national awareness campaigns.

Patients education events e.g. Healthy Lifestyles.

The group is looking for more members, from its surgeries (Stour Street, Meadow Lane, Great Cornard, Bures and Clare), particularly mid aged and younger patients, as it essential the group represents all patients and health interests.

We meet in the Meeting Room at the Hardwicke House Surgery on the 1st Friday of every alternate month. Our next meeting is on April 7th at 1.30 pm.

If the day  / time does not suit you please let us know as we are reviewing the date / time of our meetings.

The group is not a conduit for complaints as there are more appropriate ways of registering these complaints.

If you would like more information about our group please contact Philip Worsley Tel: 01787 370978 email:  philip.worsley@tiscali.co.uk
