Made of Money

An interactive course which is both practical and fun, which will give participants basic education on money management and some wider financial education. Sessions include debt, credit, communication inside and outside the home, and family learning.

Happiness

A course which aims to grow well-being and build community: it explores attitudes to happiness using global research and by offering discussion, films and activities. It is hoped that participants will be helped to create better connections within the community, explore emotional health and well-being, and create choices that lead to real changes in people’s lives.

Courses will be run on a Thursday morning between 10 and 12am at Number 72, North Street, Sudbury. Made of Money is a 6 week course, and Happiness is delivered over 4 weeks, both in small groups.
