This Saturday, 20 April, we are at Little Cornard Church, Kedington Hill, CO10 0PE.

We meet on Saturdays from 8 to 9.30am for a light breakfast, a time of fellowship and a time for prayer.

Do join us if you can. You will be most welcome, whether you have never been before, or have not been for a couple of years, or are a regular!

Kettle & Fish is open this Thursday, 18 April. Please do drop in and see us then.  We will be serving the same delicious food and providing the same friendly welcome as always, 10am to 1.30pm at Suffolk Road Church, next to Aldi.

9, 16, 23, 30 May 2024.

13, 20, 27 June 2024.

Our next quarterly Open Forum will be on Tuesday 23rd April 2024, 7 for 7.30 pm, at St Mary’s, Glemsford, CO10 7QE.

It will be an Eco-Themed evening, with Sarah Leedham, Manager of Foxearth Meadows, and others.

Essential business matters will be kept to a minimum.

Refreshments will be available from 7pm.

All are welcome! Please tell others in your church, and bring them along!

Robert Fish, from All Saints’, Sudbury, has offered to arrange this for those who need to update or acquire their First Aider status. 

Lynne Fish’s brother, Peter Chaplin, is a qualified first aid trainer who trained some of us a few years ago.

 Those of us who attended the course need a refresher for our certificates to be valid, but the course is open to anyone who would like to volunteer as a first aider.

An evening with Linton Jazz on Saturday 27th April at 7 pm for 7.30 pm start.

Tickets £10 from David 01787 372352 or 07885327510 or from the Town Hall.

Light refreshments in the interval are included.

The evening will benefit the Anthony Nolan Blood cancer fund, and Cancer Research UK as well as All Saints’ Restoration fund

On Saturday April 27th Sudbury Baptist Church is running a BIG BAPTIST BAKE-OFF in aid of Mary’s Meals, which helps feed and educate needy children in Malawi and elsewhere.

    Time:  2:30 – 5 pm at the church.  All bakes must be in place at 2:30 ready for judging at 3 pm

    How much?   Bakers’ tickets £4,  non-bakers £6.  Under 18s are free.  (Tickets available at the door.)

    What’s included?   Free tea/coffee/squash, plus plenty of baked goods!   (GF,  DF  and Vegan options available.)
