Moving People and Handling People course

4 June 2008 No Comment

From Major Neville Andrews.
Sudbury Salvation Army will be holding a ‘Moving People and Handling Course’ at our premises in Staion Road on Thursday 19th June from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.
We have arranged this course primarily for our Day Care Centre staff and volunteers but is an ideal course for anyone that needs to know how to move people without causing them harm.
The training will be carried out by MG Training who are an accredited training company that The Salvation Army uses on a regular basis, and all those attending the course will receive appropriate certification.
The cost of the day is only £30 per person so represents excellent value.
If anyone would like to attend, they should contact either myself on 01787 310187, mobile 07795 074208 or by email neville.andrews@salvationarmy.org.uk as soon as possible.
Please note that tea / coffee will be provided throughout the day, but those attending will need to bring a packed lunch.
