We could still do with some more helpers for our Summer Holiday project with children who receive free school meals. Any helper must fill in a Confidential Declaration for Safeguarding purposes and complete the online basic safeguarding courses of the CofE or show equivalent from your own denomination. 

The help we need does  not need any preparation as activities are being organized by the Commonlands Trust, Gainsborough House and Foxearth nature Reserve, we are simply there to keep the children safe ..read more

This Saturday, , 13 July, we are at Acton Church – 8 to 9.30am as usual for a light breakfast and a time of prayer.

Next Saturday, 20 July, Prayer Breakfast is at Sudbury Baptist Church.

On 27 July, we are in St Gregory’s Church, and then we break for August.

At St Andrews Church, Great Cornard.

The meal, for those who have booked, is at 7pm. The cost is £5.

At about 7.45pm there will be a short business meeting followed by a time of prayer. This is open to all – please do come along if you can.

The evening will conclude at 21.00.

Our garden furniture has been rapidly deteriorating over the past 10 years and we are so pleased to have secured a grant from the St Edmunds Trust to purchase new zero maintenance, heavy duty, wood effect plastic garden furniture. Come and join Eden’s to celebrate our 20th anniversary on Sunday the 18th August. We are celebrating with an open day including a BBQ in our courtyard garden, the smoothie bar will be open, you can have a tour of the buildings, test your skills in the music room and challenge someone to a game of pool, amongst other things.  We really hope you can make it. Every item of food you donate goes directly to help those struggling in our community, and we are truly grateful for your continued support. Sadly the need continues to rise and our stocks have reduced again.
