CHURCHES TOGETHER IN SUDBURY & DISTRICT

NOMINATIONS FOR OFFICERS 2009

The officers of CTiS&D are the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson, the Executive Secretary/ Administrator and the Treasurer. Officers are elected to serve for one year. A Minutes Secretary and an additional Vice-Chairperson may be elected if the Forum agrees.

These posts are currently held for one year as follows:-

Chairperson – Roger Pullan
Vice-Chairperson – Malcolm Offord
Executive Secretary – Lynda Lunn
Treasurer – Peter Heard
Minutes Secretary – Gill Phillips

Roger Pullan wishes to stand down at the next AGM.

It has been suggested it could be helpful to have a second Vice-Chairperson for the coming year.

Nominations are therefore required for every post, to be received by the Secretary, Lynda Lunn, by Sunday, September 13th at the latest.

A nomination form is attached below -  this can be copied and pasted into a document for printing.

Full details of what the posts involve, can be obtained either from the present officers or the Secretary.

All church reps are asked to consult with their church members to see if they wish to put any nominations forward.
